A huge old house in dilapidated state of repair. A ground floor bedroom and stone shed were knocked together to create a large kitchen, breakfast and utility room. Two enourmous RSJ’s were put in to open up the space. The floor, walls and ceiling were stripped, re-plastered with new electrics throughout. A beautiful ‘Howdens’ oak kitchen was fitted and plumbed, with a continuous granite worktop and a bespoke stainless steel splashback and upstand.
